Privacy Policy

Innov8 Healthcare is operated by Innov8 Health LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email, and profile details you provide when you sign in (including via Google or Microsoft SSO).
- Connected mailbox data (only if you connect a mailbox). Gmail or Microsoft 365 message metadata and bodies, used only to display your inbox, classify replies to your campaigns, draft responses you review, and send messages you explicitly initiate.
- Connected calendar data (only if you connect a calendar). Event titles, times, attendees, and locations, used only to display and schedule meetings you initiate inside the app.
- Contact and CRM data. Contacts you add, import, or that we extract from email signatures with your consent.
- Usage data. Log data, device/browser information, IP address, and in-app events used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
To provide the service, authenticate you, classify replies, draft suggested responses, enrich contact records using AI models, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information and do not use Google Workspace APIs or Microsoft Graph data to train generalized AI/ML models.
3. Google API Services User Data — Limited Use disclosure
Innov8 Healthcare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the scopes needed for features you activate, do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymized, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, or in a merger/acquisition with notice to you.
4. Microsoft Graph data
The same limited-use principles apply to data we access via Microsoft Graph. We only request scopes required for features you activate, do not sell Microsoft user data, and do not use it to train generalized models.
5. Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference, monitoring) under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and to comply with legal process.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain data while your account is active. Email privacy@innov8.healthcare to export or delete your data. Disconnecting a mailbox or calendar revokes our access and removes cached content within 30 days.
7. Security
Encryption in transit, encrypted OAuth token storage, row-level access controls, and least-privilege credentials. We notify affected users of material breaches as required by law.
8. Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact privacy@innov8.healthcare.
9. Children
Not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA/UK).
10. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
