These terms govern the Innov8 Healthcare SMS program operated by Innov8 Health LLC.

Program description

We send informational and customer-care texts about meetings, quotes, census follow-ups, and related Innov8 Healthcare business. This is not a bulk marketing blast program and we do not buy or rent SMS lists.

How to opt in

You opt in by (1) visiting https://innov8.healthcare/sms-signup, entering your mobile number, and checking an unchecked box agreeing to receive texts from Innov8 Health LLC; (2) texting START to +1 (620) 685-8009; or (3) giving express consent to Tom Henke of Innov8 Health LLC in person, by phone, or by email using the script posted at https://innov8.healthcare/sms-opt-in-evidence. Consent is recorded before the first message. The website checkbox is never pre-checked. Providing a phone number for another purpose is not SMS consent.
