By using Innov8 Healthcare, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Innov8 Healthcare is operated by Innov8 Health LLC.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and be at least 18 (or age of majority in your jurisdiction).
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk email in violation of CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or similar laws; impersonate any person; attempt unauthorized access; reverse engineer; resell without permission; or build a competing product.
4. Third-party services
Integrations with Google, Microsoft, and others are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
5. Your data
You retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. See /privacy.
6. AI features
AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing it before sending, saving, or acting on it.
7. Fees
Any paid features are disclosed at point of purchase.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service any time. We may suspend or terminate for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innov8 Health LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Innov8 Health LLC from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
State of Ohio, USA. Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in Franklin County, Ohio.

Material changes posted here with updated effective date.
